Painting No. 66 - Home Again
Here is another one like No. 59. It was actually the exact same road, same time - just months apart. I don't know if Windemere Parkway is just a great place for sunsets or what.
The sky on this is obviously the main focus and it was so much fun to paint. It's a little hard to tell but there was a light gray under painting over the whole thing. On the sky I tried to let that background do some of the work and only put the paint where it needed to be. It's cool because I was just following what I saw and then when you step back it looks like clouds and the sun shining through.
This is great! The sky looks awesome.
